ORDER
28.08.2026
01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.377 of 2026 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Ranpur arising out of Ranpur P.S. Case No.230 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
3. The present ABLAPL has been filed, though the offences are bailable since the learned trial Court is not accepting the surrender of the Petitioners.
Hence, the Petitioners apprehend that they may be remanded to custody.
4. Since ex facie, the offences are bailable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
5. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
