1. Heard Mr. D. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Parties.
2. The Petitioners stated themselves as the retired Demonstrators worked in different Departments of U.N. College, Soro in the district of Balasore. Much after their retirement, they have approached this Court to get such financial relief as similarly granted in favour of other Demonstrators pursuant to the direction of this Corut dated 18.04.2022 issued in W.P.(C) No.26692 of 2011 and confirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.22626 of 2022. It is further submitted that the representation of the Petitioners in this regard is pending with the authority.

4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
