1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. None appeared on the face of the appearance on behalf of the Opp. parties.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly contended that while challenging the order passed by the appellate authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, Petitioner deposited the awarded amount before the learned Asst. Labour Commissioner to the tune of Rs.9,72,465/-. It is also contended that the said amount has already been released in favour of the concerned employee-Opp. Party No.4.
4. Considering the fact that the gratuity amount so allowed in favour of Opp. party No.4 has already been released, it is the view of this Court that challenge made to the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
