02. 1. Mr. J. Sahoo, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the Informant by filing Vaklatanama in Court. The same is taken on record. The name of Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel be reflected in the file, cause list as well as CMS of this Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
3. This ABLAPL has been filed apprehending arrest pursuant to an F.I.R. likely to be instituted before Polasara P.S., Ganjam at the instance of Opposite Party No.2.
4. The instruction submitted by the learned counsel for the State is taken on record, indicating that no F.I.R has been instituted against the Petitioners till date.
5. In view of the same, no further order need be passed in the case at hand.
6. Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to renew their prayer, if there is any fresh cause of action to apprehend arrest.
7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
