1. Heard Mr. S.K. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State – opposite parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is serving as Assistant Teacher and his arrear salary is due for payment and his representation in this regard is pending with the authority.
3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Block Education Officer, Aska (O.P. No.5) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-2, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
