4. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the appropriate forum.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
