1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Even though the matter was listed under the heading ‘For Referral to Mediation’, but on the consent of the Parties, the matter was taken up.

4. Since it is not disputed that the Opp. Party-Bank is under liquidation, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the Petitioner to move the Liquidator for consideration of his grievance as raised in the Writ Petition.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
