03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Pursuant to order dated 07.08.2026, learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that State has no intention to challenge the order so passed by this Court on 11.03.2026. However, some time is required to comply with the same. Instruction in that regard produced by the learned Addl. Standing Counsel so issued by the Department in its letter dated 25.08.2026 be kept in record.
4. In view of the instruction and the prayer made in the I.A., this Court while disposing the Contempt

Petition as well as I.A., grants 3(three) months’ time from today to comply with the order.
5. The Contempt Petition and the I.A. stand disposed of.
