25.08.2026 Order No. 01
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Since Petitioners claim execution of an order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal under Annexure-1, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
4. However, it is open for the Petitioners to move the said forum for execution.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
