1. Heard Mr. R. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he was initially appointed as a contractual Peon on 29.03.2018 in Hazi Nasiruddin High School, Balasore, and till date his service has not been regularized. In this regard, he has made representation to the authority which is pending.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer, Balasore (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-3 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
