1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 828 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Basta arising out of Baliapal P.S. Case No.300 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 296/ 3(5)/ 74/ 115(2)/ 118(1)/ 126(2)/ 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is stated at the Bar that in the case at hand the provision under Section 35(3) of BNSS has been resorted to by the Investigating Agency.
4. In view of the same, since there is no imminent threat of arrest, the ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
