1. Heard Mr. R.K. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that after his retirement, the dues towards gratuity and unutilized leave salary have not been disbursed yet.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner-Cum-Secretary, Higher Education Department, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
