1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the CRLMC application as well as the prayer made therein.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that he does not want to press this application at this stage with liberty to raise it at the time of framing of charge.
4. Considering such submission, the application is permitted to be withdrawn as not pressed.
5. Further considering the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial, subject to pendency of the year-old matters, every endeavour shall be made to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as

6. With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the CRLMC application stands disposed of.
