1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. The Petitioner in this Writ Petition seeks to assail the E-auction dated 15.07.2026 issued by the Bank of Maharashtra – Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2.
3. It is submitted by Mr. Moharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner that E-auction has already held yesterday, i.e., 20.08.2026 and it has not yet been finalized.
4. Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 – Bank submits that E-auction held on 20.08.2026 was successful.

5. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
6. The Petitioner, if so advised, may avail the remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under the Provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
7. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
