02. 1. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called.
2. Heard learned counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.253 of 2024 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C. Bhapur, arising out of Fategarh P.S. Case No.264 of 2024 for commission of offences punishable under Section 126(2)/ 109/ 49/ 61(2)/ 303(2)/ 351(2)/ 281/ 125(a)/ 125(b)/ 3(5) of BNS.
4. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that FRT has been submitted in the case at hand as false on 29.06.2026.
5. In view of the same, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
