Case No.472 of 2026 for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 331(4), 109, 313, 131, 305 and 74 of the BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that admittedly the Petitioner is the neighbour of the informant and the incident happened without any pre-mediation. Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest bail.
