ORDER

05. 21.08.2026 (Through hybrid Mode)
1. The CMP has been filed by defendants challenging the order dated 11.08.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nimapara in C.S. No. 41 of 2013 (Annexure-3), rejecting the application filed by the defendants under Order 6, Rule 17 of the CPC for amendment of the written statement.
2. While issuing notice on 08.11.2016, further proceeding in the suit had been stayed by this Court.
3. Ms. P.S. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. J. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the suit has been disposed of vide judgment dated 21.05.2024. She files a memo to that effect which is taken on record.

4. In view of the disposal of the suit, nothing remains to be decided in the CMP, which is accordingly dismissed.
5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
6. Misc. Case No. 1765 of 2016 stands disposed of.
