1. Heard Ms. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is the Headmaster of Shree Shree Raghunath Dev U.P.(M.E.) School, Godiali, Khurda that he has claimed for release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994 to the employees of the institution, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
