1. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order for which the contempt application has been filed on the alleged ground of willful and deliberate violation thereof, has already been complied with.
2. The alleged contemnor has filed the affidavit of compliance of the order of this Court which is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt proceeding is dropped. The CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of.
