1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard the Petitioner, who appears in person. The Petitioner, at the outset, alleged that the Opposite Party has violated the interim order dated 22.07.2026 and, accordingly, has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application.
3. On perusal of the interim order, dated 22.07.2026 passed in I.A No.13484 of 2026, this Court observes that, while issuing notice to the Opposite Parties, this Court as an interim had directed that any decision taken by the Opposite Parties shall be subject to the final outcome of the present writ application.
4. In view of the aforesaid interim order, this Court is of the
