1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor files a copy of the instruction vide letter dated 29.04.2026 along with a document evidencing that the arrear dues of the Petitioner have already been paid in the meantime.
3. Copies of the letter dated 29.04.2026 as well as the documents be handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today.

4. In view of the aforesaid development, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same in the event the order still remains unimplemented.
