3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor, on the other hand, sought for some time to implement the order of this Court in the event the same attains finality.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, this Court grants further six weeks’ time, as a last chance, to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to implement the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.12879 of 2025, failing which, the Opposite Party-Contemnor shall be asked to appear in person before this Court and to explain as to why a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be initiated against them for willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order. While considering the application of the Petitioner, the Opposite Party-Contemnor shall take into account the fact that a similar situated employee, namely, Dillip Kumar Das, has already been granted the benefits.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve extra copy of the CONTC application on learned counsel for the State, who shall communicate today’s order to the Contemnor.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
