1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor, as a last chance, a further period of eight weeks is granted to ensure that the judgment passed by this Court, if it has attained finality in the meantime, is implemented in its letter and spirit. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted. In the event the Opposite Party- Contemnor fails to implement the aforesaid judgment within the stipulated period, he shall be asked to appear before this Court and explain as to why he shall not be proceeded against under the Contempt of Courts Act for willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s judgment.
