03. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.873 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, arising out of Badachana P.S. Case No.159 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 137(2)/3(5) of BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
4. Taking into account that the present Petitioners are creating hindrance in the exercise of duty by the investigating agency and they have forcibly took away the victim from police custody for which in the meanwhile, Jenapur P.S. Case No.235 of 2026 has been registered, copy of which FIR is taken on record, as submitted by the learned counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for pre-arrest bail.
5. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
