And pass any other order/orders, direction/ directions as would be deem fit and proper as facts and circumstances of the case.”

contended that petitioner has already submitted his reply to the show-cause notice dated 10.07.2026 under Annexure-10.

4.1. It is contended that petitioner has been specifically targeted by the authorities with issuance of so many show-causes time and again. This clearly shows that the authorities have got ill intention towards petitioner.

5. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel on the other hand contended that since the Writ Petition is filed against a show-cause and the petitioner has already filed his reply to the show-cause under Annexure-10, the Writ Petition be disposed of without any interference with the show-causes.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, directs Opp. Party No.3 to take a final decision on the show-cause issued on 10.07.2026 under Annexure-9, taking into account the reply made by the petitioner under Annexure-10 and by giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. Till a decision is taken as directed, no coercive action will be taken against the petitioner.

7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy)
