1. This CMAPL has been filed by the petitioner seeking to restore the writ appeal, i.e., WA No.340 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10th October, 2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, it appears that a memo has already been filed by the petitioner at Flag-A for withdrawal of the instant CMAPL as the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the case.
3. In view of the above, the CMAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
