1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.506 of 2026 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda, arising out of Mahulpali P.S. Case No.114 of for commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 127(2)/ 115(2)/ 137(2)/ 351(2)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that though the offences are bailable he has apprehension of being accused of commission of non-bailable offence.
4. It is apt to note here that one of the co- accused had approached this Court in ABLAPL No.9366 of 2026 and vide order dated 17.08.2026 referring to the Case Diary up to 12.08.2026 since there was no allegation of commission of any non- bailable offence, the said case was accordingly disposed of.
5. In the light of the above, the present ABLAPL stands disposed of.
6. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event he is being implicated for commission of any non-bailable offence.
