ORDER

Order No.

03. 20.08.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. This matter is taken up from the weekly list.

2. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 15.09.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaleswar in I.A. No.29/2016-I, arising out of R.F.A. No.09/2011 (Annexure-5) rejecting the petition filed by the Opposite Parties.

3. Interim order has not been passed in this case.

4. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner or the Opposite Parties / Caveator when the matter is called.

5. Since interim order had not been passed in this case, it can be presumed that in the meanwhile RFA No.09 of 2011 has been disposed of.

6. Hence, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is accordingly dismissed.

7. Misc. Case No.1728 of 2016 stands disposed of.
