01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Since the Writ Petition has been filed seeking a declaration that petitioner’s disability is 45%, it is the view of this Court that no such declaration can be given by a Writ Court and the Writ Petition with the prayer as made is not entertainable.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
