1. Challenging the advertisement dated 14th January, 2013 prescribing eligibility criteria for the post of Physical Education Instructor, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition invoking provisions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Sri Soubhagya Chandra Dev Dash, learned counsel appeared on behalf of Sri Kunal Kumar Swain, learned counsel for the petitioners and submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous and the petitioners do not want to press this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
