ORDER

19.08.2026

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dtd.30.06.2026 and 10.07.2026 so issued by Opposite Party No.2, but it is fairly contended that challenging both the orders, Petitioner’s society has already approached the Registrar of Cooperative Society, Odisha-Opposite Party No.1 in Revision Case No.27 of 2026.

// 2 //

4. However, it is contended that even though urgency is involved but Opposite Party No.1 is not taking up of the issue and thereby the Petitioner’s society is suffering and facing the wrath of Opposite Party No.2.

4.1. It is accordingly contended that Opposite Party No.1 be directed to take up the revision case and pass an appropriate order in the interim application so filed along with the revision.

5. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State has no serious objection to the course of action proposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.1 to take up the Revision Case No.27/2026 and pass an appropriate order on the interim prayer in accordance with law on or before 28.08.2026.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
