ORDER

19.08.2026 Order No. 01

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Since it is fairly contended that against order dtd.20.02.2026 so available under Annexure-4, a writ petition has already been filed and notice has already been issued, it is the view of this Court that the Contempt Petition has become infructuous and accordingly stands disposed of.
