02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 754 of 2026 pending on the file of JMFC(R), Balasore, arising out Sadar Balasore P.S. Case. No. 401 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 85/ 296/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 351(3)/ 3(5) of BNS and read with section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. During the course of submission, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the case at hand the provision under Section 35(3) of BNSS has been resorted to by the Investigating Agency.
4. In view of the same, since there is no imminent threat of arrest, the ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
