1. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that the Petitioner has passed away in the meanwhile. Since there is no motion on behalf of the LRs of the Petitioner to continue the Revision, same stands abated.
2. Learned Amicus Curiae is present.
3. The fees of learned Amicus Curiae shall be fixed as per the schedule adopted by the Legal Services Authority, High Court of Orissa for conducting criminal cases in this Court. Such fees shall be disbursed on being moved.
