1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard.
3. Since it is fairly contended by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that a proceeding is pending against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for release of the retirement gratuity as due and admissible.
4. It is open for the Petitioner to take appropriate step for early disposal of the proceeding.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
