01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.703 of 2026 pending on the file of learned JMFC (City), Keonjhar arising out of Harichandanpur P.S. Case No.145 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections- 303(2), 111(4), 109(1), 296, 351(2), 221, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 11(a)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
5. It is further stated that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
