1. Today, Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a better Writ Petition.
2. Mr. D. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties does not object to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Considering the submission of Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the prayer is not opposed by Mr. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties, the prayer for withdrawal of the Writ Petition is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a better Writ Petition, if so advised, in accordance with law.
