1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1225 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Jagatsinghpur, arising out of Balikuda P.S. No.283 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 126(2), 296, 3(5), 329(4), 351(2) and 74 of BNS, 2023.
3. During the course of submission, it is stated at the Bar that in the case at hand the provision under
Section 35(3) of BNSS has been resorted to by the Investigating Agency.
4. In view of the same, since there is no imminent threat of arrest, the ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
