Executive Engineer (Civil) since had already been published on 12.01.2026, Petitioner’s name was not reflected at the appropriate place. Not only that in the final gradation list so published on 08.06.2026 under Annexure-2, names of the present Petitioners were also not included.

4.2. It is contended that since the Petitioners got the benefit of promotion vide Notification dtd.12.02.2026 w.e.f. 30.04.2025 in the rank of Asst. Executive Engineer (Civil), Petitioners’ name are required to be placed in the appropriate place in the final gradation list of Asst. Executive Engineer (Civil) so published on 08.06.2026.

regard under Annexure-3, but no decision is being taken.

5. Learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State on the other hand contended that since the representation filed under Annexure-3 is not an exhaustive one, Petitioners be directed to make a fresh one by giving all the details.

6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition permits the Petitioners to move a detailed individual representation before Opposite Party No.2 for inclusion of their name in the final gradation list of the Asst.
