02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.84 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Gram Nyayalaya, Raghunathpur arising out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.85 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 125(a)/ 125(b) and 281 BNS.
3. The matter was taken up on 28.07.2026. Notwithstanding the offences are ex facie bailable. Considering the submission that the Petitioner was allegedly harassed by the Investigating Agency, instructions were called for.
4. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that the Petitioner is not accused for commission of any non-bailable offence.
5. In view of the same, the ABLAPL is not maintainable. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer, if there is any fresh cause of action.
