ORDER
18.08.2026
01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.328 of 2024 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Muribahal arising out of Muribahal P.S. Case No.341 of for commission of offences punishable under Section 309(6) of BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the all the co-accused persons have since been released on bail as stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
5. It is further stated that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
