03. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as the Informant.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1009 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujang, arising out of Paradeep P.S. Case No.310 of for commission of offences punishable under Section 303(2), 317(2), 111, 3(5), BNS 2023 r/w sec- 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
3. During the course of hearing, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the application on the ground of maintainability and in view of pendency of CRLMC Nos.4473,4478 and 4480 of 2025, wherein interim order has been passed, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this ABLAPL. Memo to the said effect is taken on record.
4. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
5. Interim order stands vacated.
