1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that taking into account the nature of order passed by the Opp. Party No.3 on 29.08.2017 under Annexure-11, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the Administrative Department for consideration of his grievance as made in the Writ Petition.
4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. (BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY)
