01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.858 of 2026 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur arising out of Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.412 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 52a of the Orissa Excise Act, 2008.
