01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.680 of 2026 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Athagarh arising out of Gurudijhatia P.S. Case No.185 of for commission of offences punishable under Section 126(2)/ 296/ 115(2)/ 109(1)/74/75/ 351(2)/ 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel since exaggerated allegations have been made, the Petitioners may be protected by pre-arrest bail.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.
5. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the Petitioners who are ladies, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
6. It is further stated that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
