1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.506 of 2026 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda, arising out of Mahulpali P.S. Case No.114 of for commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 127(2)/ 115(2)/ 137(2)/ 351(2)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that notwithstanding the registration of the FIR for commission of non-bailable offence, there is reasonable apprehension of being accused of commission of a non-bailable offence.
4. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that the Case Diary up to 12.08.2026 does not justify the apprehension.
5. Considering the same, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
6. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew her prayer in the event she is being implicated for commission of any non-bailable offence.
