01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate action in terms of order initially passed by the Collector, Balasore under Annexure-21 and consequential letter issued by the DRCS under Annexure-23.
4. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy)
