01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard.
3. Since it is found that the order dated 27.01.2025 so passed by this Court was communicated on 06.02.2025 under Annexure-2, and the present contempt petition has been filed after expiry of the period of limitation, this Court is not inclined to entertain the contempt petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the CONTC stands disposed of.
