ORDER

01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1248 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aska arising out of Aska P.S. Case No.397 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 3(5) / 303(2) of B.N.S., 2023, r/w Section 12 of Orissa Minerals (Prev of Theft Smuggling and other unlawful Activities) Act.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
5. It is further stated that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
