17.08.2026 Order No. 01
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Tripathy, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Opp. Parties.
4. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to release the unutilized leave salary of the petitioner with interest minimum @11% per annum as he has retired from service since 31.10.2022 within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper;
Page 2 of 2. Any other appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders or direction/directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the petitioner. And for this act of kindness as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray.”

6. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate does not dispute the judgment delivered by this Court in the above noted cases.
